CHOP protesters eyeing area near precinct, refocusing away from park: report



Organizers of Seattle's Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) are attempting to refocus their efforts towards a street outside the East Precinct and away from the tent encampment at Cal Anderson Park, according to a report on Sunday.
